Chemical Free Accomodations

Wimberley UMC has a special room with a separate outdoor entrance built with the needs of the chemically sensitive in mind. All paints, fabrics, and materials used in the construction of this room are low odor. It also has a separate air conditioning and ventilation system in place.
This room was built so that the chemically sensitive members of the Wimberley community can still participate in and enjoy worship. Please call the church office at 847-3109 to best understand how to physically access this space.
This space was largely made available by the care and generosity of David and Patsy Glenn. All people with chemical issues are welcome to use it Sunday mornings.

Please do not enter this room if you are using perfume, deodorant, or other products that are harmful to the chemically sensitive.

Wimberley UMC is located at the corner of RR 12 and CR 1492, 2 miles south of the Wimberley square.
