PastoralCare

The PastoralCare service is offered to help individuals and families during times of bereavement or the burden of unusual circumstances. Communications with the PastoralCare staff is strictly confidential. Shortly after submitting the form below, you will receive an email for confirmation. Simply click on the link in the email body and the PastoralCare staff will be notified immediately by email.

On line requests are received by a PastoralCare Coordinator, who will make contact with you within 24 hours. Once your specific needs are assessed, the members of the PastoralCare Team will work together to deliver support and services that include:

  • Help with meals
  • Hospital visits
  • Homebound visits, including serving communion
  • Bereavement care
  • Prayer
  • Phone calls
  • Sending cards of love & encouragement
  • Coordinating transportation (car rides)
  • Deer Creek visits
