Bright Beginnings Preschool Enrollment Forms
We're thrilled you've decided on Bright Beginnings Preschool!
Once you've spoken with our Director and verified we have an available slot for your child, there are several forms we need from you before your child's first day of attendance. Some of these are Texas Health & Human Services forms that we are required to have on file and others are specific to Bright Beginnings.
Please download applicable forms, complete them, and return them,
either in person OR by scanning and emailing them to:
BrightBeginnings@wimberleyumc.org with "Enrollment forms" in the subject line.
