Adult Small Group

Sunday Mornings 11:00 a.m.

Faith Meets Life (FML) is an open and welcoming small group of older and younger singles, couples, and non-church members. FML focuses on actively applying the Christian faith and example of Jesus to current issues in everyday life and through missions. FML's wide-ranging study covers the Bible, recommended books, authors and videos. They currently meet at 11am on Sundays in-person with a Zoom option in the Fellowship Hall.

2/26–4/2 Luke: Jesus and the Outsiders, Outcasts, and Outlaws (Adam Hamilton)

For Advent, Faith Meets Life will do two four-week studies. Our first study is Almost Christmas: A Wesleyan Advent Experience by M. Devega, I. McIntyre, A. Casperson, and M. Rawls. That will be followed by Heaven and Earth: Advent and the Incarnation by Will Willimon after Christmas. Both books are accompanied by a series of videos group members will view before discussion.

Adult Small Group

Sunday Mornings 11:00 a.m.

A mix of young families, retirees, and everything in between. As the name indicates, we have a strong focus on helping others, but we also find time to have fun together, while growing in faith. The Adults Serving Christ small group meets downstairs at 11:00 am after the Sunday service.

Adults Serving Christ is now studying God the Creator by Randy Frazee. A short video introduction to the chapters is followed by group discussion.

Where We Meet

Our address is 1200 County Road 1492, Wimberley, Texas 78676

General Questions

Where do I park?

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the service begins to allow time for parking and choosing where you want to sit.

  • Handicapped parking is available in each parking lot.

  • The larger parking lot provides access to the Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary.

Is there a dress code?

We are casual around here. You will see jeans, shorts, dresses, and business casual attire. So, wear something comfortable and come on!

How will I know where to go?

We have volunteers available at every turn, so just look for someone with a friendly smile. They're here to help!

Can my children play on the church playground when church is not in session?
Of course! Parents must provide supervision to their children while on the playground and play at their own risk. While the Bright Beginnings Preschool is in session however, the playground is closed due to child licensing requirements.  Thank you for understanding.
